Overview
These Terms of Service govern your rights and obligations when using the Vibe Code Home platform and products. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions
- "Platform": the Vibe Code Home website (vibecodehome.io) and related services
- "Products": digital tools (apps) and online courses sold on the platform
- "User" or "You": any individual or entity registered on and using this platform
- "One-time license": a licensing model where a single payment grants permanent usage rights
- "Creator": a user who applies and is approved to sell digital products on the platform
- "Free Plan": the default creator tier with access to basic platform features and a 13% platform fee per transaction
- "Premium Plan": a one-time purchase (523 EUR) granting access to all platform features and a reduced 10% platform fee per transaction, valid for the operational life of the platform
- "Account": your personal account registered on the platform
3. Scope of Services
3.1 Services Provided
We provide the following services:
- Sales and licensing of digital tools (apps)
- Access to online courses and learning platform
- Product downloads and updates
- Technical support and customer service
- Documentation and educational resources
3.2 Service Limitations
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time (existing product licenses remain unaffected)
- Some products may have regional or language restrictions
- Technical support is available to paying customers only
4. Account Registration & Management
4.1 Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law)
- Provide truthful, accurate registration information
- One email address may only be linked to one account
- You may not register under someone else's identity
4.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA)
5. Purchases & Payment
5.1 Pricing & Currency
- All prices are listed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise noted
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time (purchases already made are unaffected)
- Displayed prices include applicable taxes based on your region
5.2 Payment Methods
- Payments are processed through Stripe (credit cards, debit cards, etc.)
- Payment information is handled directly by Stripe and never passes through our servers
- You will receive an email receipt upon completion of a transaction
5.3 Creator Plans
Approved creators may choose between two plans:
- Free Plan: no upfront cost. A 13% platform fee is deducted from each transaction. Access to basic platform tools (limited skills, workflows, and agents).
- Premium Plan (523 EUR one-time purchase): access to all platform tools (skills, workflows, agents) and Stripe Connect integration. A 10% platform fee per transaction (Stripe separately charges 2.9% + ā¬0.30). This is a one-time purchase with ongoing access for the operational life of the platform ā no monthly or annual fees.
5.4 Stripe Identity Verification (KYC)
- After choosing a Creator Plan, you must complete Stripe's identity verification (KYC) process
- Stripe independently determines whether to approve your account; VCH has no control over this decision
- If Stripe does not approve your account, you will not be able to use payment processing features
- In such cases, Premium Plan creators may choose one of the following:
- Option A: Full refund ā receive a full refund and revert to the Free Plan. You may repurchase Premium at any time after KYC is approved.
- Option B: Keep Premium ā retain access to all platform resources (skills, workflows, agents). Payment processing features will activate automatically once Stripe KYC is approved.
- Creators choosing Option A must submit their refund request within 30 days of the KYC rejection notice
5.5 Service Continuity
- Premium Plan access remains valid for the operational life of the platform
- Should we decide to discontinue the platform, we will notify all paid users via email at least 90 days in advance
- In the event of platform discontinuation, Premium users will be granted a data export period of no less than 30 days
- We reserve the right to modify platform features and pricing for future purchases; existing Premium purchases are not affected
6. Licensing & Usage Restrictions
6.1 License Scope
After purchasing a product, you are granted the following rights:
- Personal use: install and use the product on your personal devices
- Perpetual license: the license does not expire (unless product support is discontinued)
- Updates: free updates within the product lifecycle
- Cross-platform: use across multiple devices (iOS, Android, Web ā depending on the product)
6.2 Usage Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, rent, or lend products to others
- Share your account or license with others
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify product code
- Remove or alter copyright notices within products
- Use products for unlawful purposes
- Create multiple accounts or abuse trial features
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
- All products, website content, designs, and code are protected by copyright
- "Vibe Code Home" and related trademarks belong to us
- Our brand, logos, or content may not be used without permission
7.2 User Content
- You retain intellectual property rights to content you upload or publish (e.g. purchases, reviews)
- You grant us the right to use and display your content for marketing and service improvement purposes
8. Disclaimer
8.1 Provided "As Is"
Our products and services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy of results
8.2 Technical Limitations
- Products may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues
- We strive to maintain service stability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
- You should back up important data
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss
- Third-party service failures (e.g. Firebase, Stripe)
- Losses caused by your violation of these terms
- Service interruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, cyberattacks)
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
- In case of a dispute, please first attempt to resolve it by contacting us via email
- If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to Estonian courts
- Consumers retain the rights granted to them by their local laws
