Refund Policy

1. Refund Policy Overview

  • Refund window: within 14 days of purchase (per the EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
  • Key requirement: the product must not have been substantially used
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days for review after submission, 7–14 business days for the refund once approved

2. Exceptions: When Refunds Are Possible

Although purchases are generally non-refundable, the following exceptions allow you to submit a refund request:

2.1 Duplicate Purchase

  • Scenario: you accidentally made more than one payment for the same product
  • Resolution: full refund for the duplicate transaction(s), one valid purchase is retained

2.2 Technical Issues (Unable to Use Product)

  • Scenario: the product is completely unusable due to a technical issue on our end, and support was unable to resolve it
  • Resolution: full refund or an equivalent product replacement (your choice)

2.3 Significant Mismatch with Product Description

  • Scenario: the actual features differ significantly from what was described on the sales page (subjective impressions excluded)
  • Resolution: full refund, and we will update the product description accordingly

2.4 Accidental Purchase (Unused)

  • Eligibility: request must be made within 14 days of purchase and meet the "unused" criteria below
  • Unused means: you have not downloaded the app or accessed any online course content

3. Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations do not qualify for a refund:

  • "I changed my mind" or "I don't like the product"
  • "The product didn't meet my expectations" (subjective, not objective)
  • "I didn't have time to use it" or "I forgot I bought it"
  • You have fully downloaded the app or viewed more than 50% of the online course content
  • Your device is incompatible (system requirements are listed on the product page)
  • Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

4.1 Steps

  1. Contact support: send an email to support@lzpreneur.io
  2. Provide the following:
    • Your registered email address
    • Order number (found in your account dashboard)
    • Purchase date and product name
    • Reason for the refund (please be specific)
    • Supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots, system info)
  3. Wait for review: we will respond within 3–5 business days
  4. Refund processing: if approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days

5.1 Refund Channel

  • Credit/debit card: refunded to the original card (processed via Stripe)
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Transaction fees: processing fees charged by Stripe are non-refundable
