As we sell digital goods (app licenses and online courses), according to EU consumer protection laws, once you start downloading or accessing digital content, you lose the right to the 14-day cooling-off period for refunds. Therefore, we adopt a "no refund" policy as a general rule.

1. Refund Policy Overview

1.1 General Principles

  • Digital Product Nature: All sales are "All Sales Final"
  • No 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: As products are delivered immediately, you agree to waive the cooling-off period rights granted by EU law at the time of purchase
  • Try Before Purchase: We strongly recommend using our free trial version or watching product demonstrations before purchasing

2. Exceptions: When Refunds Are Possible

Although refunds are not granted as a general rule, we will consider manual refund requests in the following special circumstances:

2.1 Duplicate Charges

  • Situation: System error resulting in multiple charges for the same product
  • Resolution: Full refund of duplicate charge amounts
  • Deadline: Please contact us within 7 days of discovering the duplicate charge

2.2 Technical Issues (Product Unusable)

  • Situation: After purchase, the product is completely unusable due to technical issues on our end, and cannot be resolved even with technical support
  • Requirement: You must first contact our technical support team and cooperate in providing error information (screenshots, logs, etc.)
  • Resolution: If confirmed to be our issue, full refund within 14 days

2.3 Significant Product Description Mismatch

  • Situation: Product functionality significantly differs from the sales page description (not subjective expectation gaps)
  • Requirement: Must provide specific evidence of the discrepancy
  • Resolution: After review, may provide refund or free upgrade to another product

2.4 Accidental Purchase (Not Used After Purchase)

  • Situation: You accidentally clicked the purchase button and have not downloaded or accessed the product at all
  • Deadline: Must apply within 24 hours of purchase
  • Resolution: After review, may provide full refund or convert to a discount code for another product
  • Limitation: Only one accidental purchase refund per account

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot provide refunds in the following situations:

  • "I changed my mind" or "I don't like this product"
  • "Product doesn't meet my expectations" (subjective feelings, not objective errors)
  • "I don't have time to use it" or "I forgot I bought it"
  • App has been fully downloaded or more than 50% of online course content has been viewed
  • Your device is incompatible (system requirements are listed on the product page)
  • Account terminated due to violation of terms of service

4. How to Request a Refund

4.1 Application Process

  2. Provide Information:
    • Registered email address
    • Order number (can be found in your account dashboard)
    • Purchase date and product name
    • Reason for refund (please explain in detail)
    • Relevant evidence (such as error screenshots, system information, etc.)
  3. Await Review: We will respond to your request within 3-5 business days
  4. Refund Processing: If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days

5. Refund Methods and Timeline

5.1 Refund Routes

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund to original payment card (processed through Stripe)
  • Processing Time: 7-14 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Transaction Fees: Stripe transaction fees are non-refundable
